Dr. Christiane is a Partner and Managing Director at PACS, the leader of the Education practice and a member of the Public Sector practice in the Middle East. She has 15 years of experience in management consulting, higher education management and industry experience in Europe and Middle East, working with government and private sector clients in Germany, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Christiane works with clients on developing national and institutional strategies, reviewing organizational structures and business models, and implementing change programs across the organization. Some of her work includes the identification of business opportunities for an education holding companies, the review of the academic program portfolio for a government university, and the organizational change and restructuring of a government university. Christiane enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders across the whole education sector.
She recently spent 4 years developing and managing the build-up of the first national College of Medicine at Qatar University as the Associate Vice President for Strategy and Development. As a member of the founding team, she developed the initial strategy and feasibility study, recruited students and faculty, supported curriculum development, initiated international partnerships and completed a state-of-the-art building.
In addition to her work in consulting, Christiane leads the Training efforts within PACS, and acts as an advisor to higher education projects and Education Technology startups in the region and in Europe.
